The 10W50 is compatible with all types of high-performance motorbikes, with or without integrated gearbox, and wet or dry clutch. Ideal for motorbikes fitted with exhaust after-treatment systems (catalytic converters, secondary air injection). Designed to withstand the demanding conditions of sport and adventure riding. Also suitable for ATVs, UTVs, SxS, PWCs and snowmobiles, depending on the viscosity recommended by the manufacturer.

How to use MOTUL 7100 10W-50 4T

This oil is compatible with high-performance motorbikes, road bikes, trail bikes, off-road bikes, etc. fitted with 4-stroke engines with or without integrated gearboxes and wet or dry clutch, engines meeting Euro 2, 3, 4 or 5 anti-pollution standards fitted with exhaust gas after-treatment systems: catalysts, exhaust air injection, etc.

Particularly suitable for KTM & HUSQVARNA who recommend a SAE 10W-50 guard oil for some of their models. Other uses: motorbikes without catalytic converters, scooters, quad bikes, mopeds, etc.

Exceptional gearbox protection thanks to innovative anti-wear additive technology: FZG Test Result = FLS>14: The FZG (Forschungsstelle für Zahnrader und Getriebebau) test evaluates the lubrication capacity and anti-wear protection of the fluid between two gears subjected to variable torque. The lubricant is then rated according to its ‘failure under load level’, known as FLS (Failure Load Stage), ranging from FLS 1 (very poor result) to FLS 14 (exceptional result).

MA1, MA2. The JASO MA2 specification offers the best level of friction to guarantee perfect clutch locking during the 3 phases of operation: Starting, Acceleration and Maximum Speed.
