The FTZ10SFE BAT maintenance-free battery is ideal for frequent use, these batteries are used to start motorbikes, small engines, quads, ...

You must charge your battery with a charger for at least 1 hour before first use or drive at least 30km once the battery is mounted.

For wintering, you will need a charge holder which can also be used as a battery charger for the first use. You can find our entire range of accessories for this article. First use

In order to prepare your open lead-acid battery properly, it is also necessary to respect the following points:
1- Filling (acid is supplied with your battery)
2- Degassing for 45 minutes to 1 hour (let the battery rest)
3- Charge the battery for at least 1 hour
4- Closing the caps

Expert Opinion

If you don't intend to use it straight away, you will need to charge it once a month or you will lose 20% of its capacity and 30% of its life. Completely discharged for more than a month, the deterioration of the battery is irreversible.

IMPORTANT: If this first charge is not carried out (or is carried out with an inappropriate charger), the battery will lose 20% of its nominal capacity and 30% of its life.
