Need help removing paint, varnish or other coatings? Restom DKPANT 4031 is a paint stripper for removing most paints and varnishes. Effective on polyurethane, glycerol, cellulose and epoxy paints and varnishes. The stripping time varies from a few minutes to several hours depending on the nature of the paint and the number of coats.

This motorbike and car stripper does not blacken aluminium or its alloys and is not aggressive to metals. For use on plastics, we recommend a maximum of 2 hours' application, with regular monitoring.

Restom DKPANT 4031 does not blacken aluminium or its alloys and is not aggressive to metals. For use on plastics, we recommend a maximum of 2 hours of application, with regular monitoring. Restom DKPANT 4031 can also be used to strip tank linings (poor quality products or badly applied resin, etc.) by following the stripping procedure. The product is particularly recommended for the easy removal of bituminous coatings (Blackson) from the underbody without the use of a blowtorch.

Application information for Restom DKPANT 4031

Apply with a brush or by flowing for the interior of a tank.
The stripping time varies from a few minutes to several hours depending on the type of paint and the number of coats (several days for the inside of a tank).
You can then scrape or rinse directly with water.

It is recommended to use 1 750ml pot for 1.5 to 2.5 m². For stripping the inside of a tank, use :

1 750ml can for 1 tank up to 25L
2 x 750ml jars for 1 tank up to 70L
3 jars of 750ml for 1 tank over 70L
