Exhaust hanger bracket carbon Aprilia RSV1000 1998-2003, delivered without screws or other fixings. The holes are already drilled on the carbon motorbike fairings. The parts are available in glossy or matt varnish.
Manufacturing of Moto Vision carbon motorbike parts
The parts are made of real carbon, with an outer layer of carbon and two inner layers of fibreglass.
We use a high quality ANTI-UV varnish, which offers a perfect gloss and finish. The inside of the piece is painted in matt black. The weaving is well done, to ensure an aesthetic weave with good coverage.
Moto Vision designs the various carbon parts from steel moulds taken from the original fairings. Each product is designed to be identical to the original, to ensure easy and quick assembly on the original mounting points.
