Screw M10X16 DIN6912 A2, to be tightened with a force of 30-35 Nm.  The tightening torque of 30-35 Nm is sufficient to prevent rotation of the handlebar strap. While tightening, check the condition of the part. Stop tightening immediately if you notice any signs of crushing. Screw number 6 on the diagram
