Installation instructions for silicone hoses

Make sure the motorbike is cold, release all pressure and drain the system. Identify all the hoses with those fitted to the motorbike, then remove and replace them one at a time.

Make sure that the hoses are in the right direction and that they do not freeze or dirty the other parts. Tighten the clamps to between 3 and 3.5 Nm. Fill the system with the specified coolant mixture and bleed the system according to the manufacturer's instructions. If in doubt, consult a professional to carry out the installation.
