An ideal motorbike poly in place of your original fairing to equip your bike for the track at the best price. The TFP fairing has Kevlar reinforcements at the junction and attachment points. Delivered without fixing kit.

The front fairing consists of the upper part, the sides and the lower part. It can be in two or four parts.

You can also find TFP poly parts individually to prepare your Ducati 749 999 for the track or to equip it after a crash. The fairing is made of polyester resin. After the first assembly, heat the motorbike to relax the product so that it takes the shape of your motorbike. The second assembly will be much easier.

The disadvantages of TFP fairings

  • Two layers of fibre matting and one layer of braid
  • Adjustment of the elements is necessary: modifications according to your exhaust system, kickstand rarely provided in the shoe and therefore requires cutting with a tool, anchor points to be adjusted or better adapted
  • A more rigid fibre and therefore more "brittle" but which holds well when dropped
  •  Mould edges to be removed and sanding finish to be achieved
  • Undrilled fixing points
  • Long lead times if parts are not in stock
  • For the front kit, individual parts are not available.

La description du carénage minimise la piètre qualité de ce modèle. Très fragile, avec des parties totalement différentes de l’origine, notamment la partie basse de la tête de fourche qui est différente et donc impossible à fixer. Pour les mêmes raisons l’ajustement avec les flancs est très mauvaise. Le flanc droit doit être sérieusement découpé pour laisser passer le couvercle d'embrayage. La sabot est extrêmement large, c'est vraiment particulier. Enfin, le carénage n’est pas cher, mais si j’avais su qu’il était aussi mal fait et si fragile, j’aurais pris un modèle bikeplast. J'espère juste qu'il va tenir pour les roulages 2022.
