Fine finishing putty end Novol

Novol universal fine finishing putty for repairing the exterior of your polyester fairings. After application, it leaves a very smooth surface, reducing the amount of sanding required.
This Novol universal fine polyester putty combines the characteristics of filling putties (good adhesion to various substrates, filling of large unevennesses, easy application and processing with coarse abrasive papers) with those of finishing putties (good coverage in thin layers and filling of small defects, processing with fine abrasive papers).
After application, it leaves a very smooth surface, reducing the amount of sanding required.
Permissible VOC (category B/2) = 250 g/l
VOC = 90 g/l
How to use Novol universal fine finishing putty
Clean and sand the surface to be repaired
Degrease
Potlife: 4-6 minutes/20°C. Proportions 2-3/100. Take care to mix the components thoroughly until a uniform colour is obtained. 2g hardener for 100g Soft Plus.
Masticate, applying coats no thicker than 5 mm.
Leave to stand for 20-30 minutes at room temperature (minimum 20°C)
Sand with P80-P120 coarse paper or P120-P240 for finishing.
Product use-by dates after opening
Soft Plus: 24 months at 20°C
Hardener: 18 months at 20°C
