Carbon Heel Plates Yamaha FZ1 Fazer 2006 2012, delivered without screws or other fixings. The holes are already drilled on the carbon motorbike fairings. The parts are available in glossy or matt varnish.
Manufacturing of Moto Vision carbon motorbike parts
The parts are made of real carbon, with an outer layer of carbon and two inner layers of fibreglass.
We use a high quality ANTI-UV varnish, which offers a perfect gloss and finish. The inside of the piece is painted in matt black. The weaving is well done, to ensure an aesthetic weave with good coverage.
Moto Vision designs the various carbon parts from steel moulds taken from the original fairings. Each product is designed to be identical to the original, to ensure easy and quick assembly on the original mounting points.

The parts are available in gloss or matt varnish, in different wefts:
- Twill carbon
Easily recognisable by its very fine, tight weave, which makes it highly resistant to impact. The film is then placed in a mould with thermosetting polymer resin. As it dries, the carbon takes on its final shape, producing an aesthetic effect that is highly appreciated for its oblique lines.
- Carbon Taffeta (Plain)
This is a bit like the old-fashioned weave, with its regular crossing of two threads. The result is a checkerboard weave with a classic effect, perfect for enhancing the vintage look of a café racer project.
- Forged carbon
Created using a unique manufacturing technique based on pieces of carbon mixed with resin.

Les 2 pièces n'étaient pas du tout bien dimensionnées et les trous pas du tout au bon endroit, dommage de devoir raboter les pièces à la perceuse..

Par la finition des pièces laisse un peu à désiré, sur une des pièces, les trous étaient pas au bon endroit, et la forme n'est pas tout à fait comme l'origine.

envoi assez rapide niveau qualite nickel tres bonne finition j'ai vu que dans certains avis il y en a qui mentionne que le perçage des trous de fixation ne tombe pas en face de ceux d'origine effectivement mais c'est très léger et ce qui est tout a fait normale pour des pièces moulée toute petite rectif avec une mèche qui coupe bien et le tour est jouer tellement satisfait que j'ai recommander les caches de cadres
