Armour Bodies is a Canadian company created in 2000 in North Bay, Ontario.
It has brought to market the most flexible and strongest fiberglass fairing on the world market thanks to its unique technology.
Its perfect fit and its breathtaking flexibility make Armor Bodies THE high-end manufacturer of fairing track.
Each mold is carefully developed in Canada from original parts. They are fully scanned and then worked on software to create molds with perfect finishes.
To manufacture their fairings, Armor Bodies uses fiberglass in full sheet which makes them much more resistant and much lighter. The fiber itself is very flexible, the solid sheet retains all of its flexible properties.
Other manufacturers of fairings use pieces of fiber which makes their parts heavier and much more brittle.

The FlexoResin that is added to the fiber comes from the Kayak industry. It has been developed to resist rocky shocks thanks to its exceptional flexibility and surprising lightness.
This FlexoResin also offers an almost zero shrinkage rate, which guarantees uniformity and conformity of parts. In addition, it highlights imperfections in order to correct them before the next manufacturing steps. This step saves you a long body work.
Each attachment point of Armor Bodies polys is reinforced with Carbon-Kevlar to avoid cracks and cracking linked to the fitting of your fairing.
Finally, each kit is primed (light gray finish). You will only have to apply a light sanding stroke if you want to paint it for optimal grip. The interior of each room is painted black for a clean, crisp finish.
No Gel Coat is used in the manufacture of these fairings because it is extremely rigid unlike the resin and the primer.
